David Ward – Director
David Ward is the Director of Adorn Facilities Management Ltd with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Since 1997, he has built expertise in architectural design and building practices, combining modern techniques with traditional craftsmanship to deliver high-quality, sustainable projects. Under his leadership, Adorn Facilities Management maintains rigorous standards across both residential and commercial sectors, with a commitment to excellence in every detail.
Tracey Ward – Director
Tracey Ward took over running the family business full-time in 2023. She handles all accounts, admin and compliance work, whilst sourcing quality materials and managing relationships with suppliers, architects and building inspectors to keep projects on track. Keeping clients informed every step on the way. Tracey is at the heart of everything at Adorn.
Adam Hands - Project Director
Adam manages the construction process from conception to completion, supervising all activities on site, and ensures that safety procedures are adhered to. He collaborates with Architects and Building Inspectors, regarding legal requirements and technical detail. Adam liaises with companies and clients to ensure that they are kept informed of progress throughout their project.
Maxwell - Apprentice
Maxwell is an 18-year old student at Colchester Institute, where he is completing a 2 year L2 site Carpentry NVQ Apprenticeship course. He works on site for Adorn 4 days a week, alongside skilled craftsmen. Max is building a wealth of knowledge and is confident in precision and attention to detail. He is a valued member of the team.
